PCI, a CWallA client, is at the helm of constructing two of the three new buildings on the expansive 35.5-acre site. This strategic move centralizes various City of Bend divisions, enhancing operational efficiency. Thanks to the skilled efforts of PCI’s Portland panelizing division, the massive 174,000-pound SCAFCO Steel project remains firmly on schedule, promising a state-of-the-art facility for city operations.
